Step-by-step instructions

Stand up straight against a wall for support, with your hands on your hips.

Slowly raise one foot off the floor while keeping the other foot firmly planted.

Flex your raised foot by extending it forward as much as you can without any strain.

Bring your foot back to its resting position in a controlled manner.

Switch feet and repeat for the programmed number of reps, making sure not to bounce during the exercise.
