Step-by-step instructions

Start by standing in front of a box or step with a dumbbell held in each hand at your sides.

Lift one foot off the ground, balancing solely on your other leg.

Slowly bend your knee and lower your body towards the box, keeping your chest lifted.

Once your glutes lightly tap the box, press down through your standing leg to rise back up to standing position.

Switch legs and repeat the movement for the programmed number of reps.
