Step-by-step instructions

Start by lying face down on the floor, arms extended out to the sides forming a T.

Stretch one foot towards the opposite hand, allowing your hip to lift but keeping both shoulders on the floor.

Hold the stretch, then return to the original position.

Repeat with the other foot towards the opposite hand.

Avoid over stretching and listen to your body to prevent injury.
