Step-by-step instructions

Start by standing straight and holding a medicine ball in front of your chest.

Step forward with your right foot, while curling your arms upward so that the medicine ball is near your head.

Bend both knees 90-degrees so you're in a lunge position, while extending your arms and reaching the ball forward.

Return to standing position by stepping your right foot back and lowering your arms to bring the medicine ball back to chest level.

Repeat on the other side by stepping forward with your left foot.
