Step-by-step instructions

Stand up straight, holding a medicine ball with both hands in front of your chest.

Bend your knees to lower into a squat, keeping your back straight and your chest lifted.

As you descend into the squat, bring the medicine ball to your right hip as if you're chopping wood.

Rise back up, bringing the ball back to the center of your chest.

Repeat on the opposite side, bringing the ball to your left hip as you squat.
