Med Ball Leg Raise is an effective lower body workout, primarily strengthening abs and legs. It improves stability, boosts endurance, and due to the added resistance of the med ball, enhances the exercise's challenge and effectiveness.

Step-by-step instructions

Lie flat on your back with your arms stretched over your head, holding a medicine ball in both hands.

Keep your legs straight during the entire exercise. Place your feet together with toes pointed towards the ceiling.

Simultaneosly raise both your legs and arms towards the ceiling, passing the med ball from your hands to between your legs.

Lower your legs back down to the floor in a slow and controlled motion, now holding the med ball between your feet.

Lower your arms back behind your head, reverse the movement and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
