Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet approximately hip-width apart, with a dumbbell in each hand.

The dumbbells should be resting against your thighs with your hands neutral.

Bend at your knees and hips, lowering the dumbbells towards the ground while maintaining a straight back.

Push through your legs and return to standing position, lifting the dumbbells back to thigh level.

Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions.
