Kneel on the ground and position your hands on a barbell that is in front of you.

Keeping your arms straight, slowly roll the barbell out away from your body, extending as far as you can without falling.

Engage your core muscles and use your arms to help pull you back to the starting position.

Repeat for the prescribed number of reps.

Avoid letting your lower back sag during this movement as it could lead to discomfort or injury.
