Step-by-step instructions

Stand tall and step onto the center of a resistance band, holding one end in each hand.

Keep your elbows at your sides, and your palms facing each other.

Curl your hands towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows steady.

At the top of the movement, squeeze your biceps briefly before lowering your hands in a slow, controlled manner.

Repeat for the programmed number of reps, avoiding the temptation to use your back or shoulders to lift the band.
